smoking a joint increases your blood pressure and this forces certain internal organs to swell slightly, this pushes down on you r sphincter and hey presto! a cheese log.

there is no science behind it as such (well, no secret anyway). marijuana (and if you put tobacco in your spliffs, tobacco is much more potent) is a laxative which induces bowel shifting - - assuming you needed to kind of go in the first place. ie. it brought it on early
