You know, the one with digital TV tuner, etc.

Saw lots of fraudulent ones on Ebay. So anyone actually got one?

First of all the fraudlent ones are being looked for after a truck load went missing in Croyden. They are not only illegal but as soon as they are switched on they will be locked out. The N92 took so long to come out it had to be supersided by the N93, if you want it on contract its free and available on Vodaphone on a £40 tariff but on O2 it will be £49 but its not available to the other networks as yet. It now available legally as a sim free handset for a massive price of £500. Good Luck P.S. I have the phone and have never had a problem, i got a 512 mb well worth it.

The N92 and N93 are two very different phones. The N93 has the function to be used as a digital video camera. The N92 is designed for watching digital TV on the move. It uses DVB-H to receive TV which is different to Freeview TV here and hasn't been released for general use and may not be for many years. That's the reason why the N92 hasn't been released over here yet.

well said man, i've actually never seen d N92, just a mock one but i've seen d N93 ALREADY...STARNGE STUFF.anyway,d N92 is a very good phone (other than looks and feel i must say...it's heavy and damn UGLY!!!!!!!!!) with a nice bright screen and cool camera and stuff. d N93 is AWESOME! cool design, good camera, bright screen, sleek egronomics especially how u can twist it and d connectivity makes d sony ericsson P990i run in shame (AND I'M A FAN OF S/E!)...but i can assure u that there's no fraud in d N92 availability,it's just not mass produced like d others.
