How can and administrator know which pages and for how much time we are there.can we blocked or change our ip address from our administrator. the way we delete cookies.

An administrator can know which page his site's visitors are visiting by using server-side scripting with programming languages like ASP, JSP, PHP. There are lots of sites out there on the internet, both free as well as paid like google.com/analytics, statcounter.com, etc, which give the code to administrators to track visitor clicks / visits / visit lengths, etc.
Yes, administrators can easily block specific or a range of ip addresses. If u dont want them to be able to trace u, hide ip-address hiding tools like http://anonymouse.org

Hi, when you are in an organization.. there will be alot of firewalls are used behind your computer.. like Bigbrother tool which is use to trace the computer as u wount be knowling tht any one is viewing your computer but he can do alot of things with one mouse click.. and u wount able to know also.. as its used for security puropse wether the employee is doing work or he chakcing mails or chatting or viewing any pron sites.. and they are no were releated to cookies.. it s a 3rd party software

If you're on a corporate network, you might have a proxy or a firewall. Both these devices hold log files of pages being visited and the time you did so.
If you're connected directly to the Internet through your house, your ISP provider holds a log of this. Nothing you can do about it...
