Read the United States 1776 Declaration of Independence. The basic idea is when a government fails to provide basic human rights such as life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, then it is the right of the people to alter or revoke their form of government.

Rich people, getting richer. Poor people dying of yellow fever! Poor people don't have money to pay doctor. Doctors are greedy!! since it cost them hundreds of thousands of dollars to get their diploma!!
