Easy. Just draw in any non-glittering eyeshadow, using an angled brow brush, and you can have them in any color, even purple or green or red if you like. And you just wash it off along with your makeup.

I was watching celebrity look a like.. and they were using a "moustache" coloring to change the color of eyebrows. I cannot say that it'll wash out right away if you don't like it, but, it works...

get an eyebrow pencil , brow tints are all permanent till they grow out

my advice is 2 use a i liner that is 1 or 2 shades lighter than your actual colour it works and it washes off with some water and/or soap and a little bit of pressure

well some people use mascara . revlon has this color stain for eyelashes..but its semi permanent~
