Exfoliation definitely helps, but not with sand paper as one **ck head advised, use sugar mixed with aqueous creme, if you cant get Aqueous creme use olive oil, and gently exfoliate, it helps to soften the lines...another factor many of us don't realize is that when we sleep we press our faces into our pillows, we pull unnecessary expressions/faces that time to time cause wrinkles...not saying we should go around without any expression what so ever, but just think about the next time the sun is in your eyes instead of squinting, get a pair of shades it will pay off better in years to come, and try sleeping on your back sometimes, less stress on your face...and talking of stress this also causes wrinkles, but it's how you deal with the stress, do you allow it to pent up, or do you find constructive ways to release it, just a few reasons of what can cause wrinkles...the main thing is to always moisturize well.
