You do NOT use any kind of powder or chalk, oatmeal, wax , or anything else on a ballroom floor..you use the correct shoes...chrome suede soles and heels...you need total control of your feet and that involves VERY LITTLE slip. Good luck

Try your local sports shop , that is where i buy mine from i use it when i go to the northern soul allnighters . it`s adout £3 for a 200 gram bottle . watch out though when you use this it is a lot more slippery than talcum powder !!!!!
