researchers have proved that teenagers cant help being surly...its the way their brains work. while adults make decisions using the part of brain linked with empathy and understanding, teenagers use a completely different part of their brain to make up their minds. this means they dont have the ability to consider how their actions will affect others.
a study conducted my Dr Sarah Blacmore, concluded that jailed teenagers brains were "profoundly found to be different" in a few years time, almost as good as having a change of heart. another study showed that teenagers find it harder to see things from anyone else's point of view.
previous studies have also shown that teenagars cant decipher vocal tones or facial expressions which makes it difficult for them to judge human emotions. their anger and sullen thoughts are attributed to their biological clocks which leave them in a state similar to a jet lag.
Dr Blackmore, a neuroscientist concluded that thinking strategies change with age . a teenager's judgement of what would they do is governed by a simple question of "what would i do" whereas adults tend to ask " what would i do given how i would feel and how people around me would feel as a result of my action"

What do you even mean by that? What kinds of thoughts? Like killing people or pranking someone or something? I think you should be a little more specific, first, and I'm a teen and don't have any 'evil' thoughts, second.

Wellllllllll, be more specific.Graffiti? Goths? Killing? Pranks? I have no idea what your talking about! Other than goths and boys, we're pretty decent! The male race is the ones who mostly cause the problems, and if you think that girls are evil then you're wrong, cuz' girls are more mature than boyz at age 5, and even more when there over 13.

Outside help never works, even if it does, it would be only temporary. If you realise fully well, the evil thoughts will drop off.

They get it from the people besides him like his/her friends.Yes... only himself/herself because if he/she don't want to change no one can help him/her because even if they how many time the parents scold him/her if he/she don't want to change nothing still happen to the person
