having a pateint fall. not being cared for properly while in there care having another patient looking after someone else while they are in the hospital

First, I would ask to speak to the administrator on call. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to your state's board of health or to the centers for medicare and medicaid.

Most hospitals have what is called a patient advocate. You can speak with them concerning any and all activities within a hospital. They are there as a liaision between a patient (or patient's family) and the hospital administrators. If needed they will further the investigation if the circumstances warrant it.

Check and see if your state has a Medical Review Board. Better yet,call the state Attorney General's Office and see if they can do anything about medical review cases.

if your in the united states every state has a department that oversees the hospitals. contact your state government and state you wish to make a complaint about a particular hospital. make sure you keep all documentation, i.e. its not a he said she said senario. if you have pictures that is good and witnesses to colloberate your story. most states require a complaint in writing.
