DON'T PANIC!...I'm guessing you're very young, too young to be doing these things. It is very unlikely that you have 'caught' something or you may have fallen pregnant.
But, you must stop playing these games before they go any further.

the liquid he ejaculated was most likely preejaculate, which still contains sperm although the count is much lower. if he pentrated you with his finger, I'd go see a doctor just to be on the safe side. but if you're still calling male and female genetalia "private parts" stop playing so called naughty games. you're way to young to deal with the consequences of them.

Very little chance of anything being passed on. I would think that play time is a little more serious than a game keep a condom close by. If u feel ok about it talk 2 a parent. You may be shocked by how understanding they are.

First things first...just touching with hand even if its laced with semen will not cause pregnancy, if you are worried about getting pregnant.
Semen is not transparent. If he had other secretions, its better to get checked with a doctor.

do you have medical insurance? i hope you do!
on your insurance card, there should be a number where you can reach your doctor in case of an emergency. Call it.
if you don't have insurance, i suggest you go to an emergency room, pronto!!! Stop dilly-dallying!!!
