Body also needs physical exercises.Take suitable exercises depending on your age and height and weight. These are not with a view of body building but for relaxation of muscles which rids fatigue. This helps concentration on studies. Then you can do some deep breathing exercise and meditation. This calms the mind and helps you to concentrate better on your studies.Best of luck .

Concentration has got two parts-you and your subjects. While it is true that it is not possible to have equal concentration in all the subjects--it is quite possible to build up a habit of concentrating in your studies. First, watch the thought flow which happens in your mind.Do it three/ four times for 15 to 30 minutes in a day. You know the tendencies of your mind. Then, you can mould your mind the way you want it to work.
Sit for studies at regular hours as per your convinience.Take breaks according to your needs. Have regular exercise such as walking, jogging etc. Eat balanced diet. Recapitulate your studies at bed-time--mentally.See the results and improve.

At first you forget about your studies. List out the things which attract first. You do it . do it . do it. Just you have to do other than studies . Then your mind will be empty. You may also have some guilty. That guilty will give more vaccuam to concentrate on studies. then you can easily concentrate on studies.

Whatever you are doing (not only for study) before you should be thing I will complete this work and then only I will move to other work. Then you should tell this words what you are think that all words (i.e sound yourself I will complete this work and then only i will move to my other work) and then sit and do your work. you will get good concentration and involvement.

don't concentrate. instead, be attentive. put yourself in a ccontext, not out of context. exaample, if you are reading and you can hear your folks making conversation and tv going on, dog barking, be attentive of that too. but don't concentrate on that either. just know you are sitting in home, listening to these sounds and studying. try it and your attention will grow. it is an ancient buddhist technique.
