how hard is it to replace one of these? I know its the whole abs icluded stuff, butt how time consuming and labor intesive is it?

It's really not very difficult or time consuming. Jack up your car and pull the wheel off. There is a big 30mm nut that you have to take off. Next take off the brake hardware (meaning the brake calipers, brake pads, brake sensor, and the housing that holds your brake pads in place. Pull the bake rotor off. Next take the lower ball joint loose. Your Pontiac is new enough that I'm sure it has magnesium a-arms that hold your lower ball joint in place so you probably want to use a fork to beat it to get it apart without destroying your a-arm. Next take a rubber mallet and knock the axle out if need be and get it out of the way. You need to beat it out of your transmission. It's just splined in there and you should be able to take it out without much difficulty. Lastley take your upper ball joint off. Your wheel bearing assy. should come right off. After you get a new bearing take it to a machine shop or if you have a press at home just press out the old one and put in a new one. Don't try to beat it out with a hammer or anything.
