I'd say the lion, because they live in a social group. A male lion will fight any other male to keep his status in the pride, and if a new lion takes over as leader, he will kill all the cubs of the former leader. Thats agrssive.
Tigers are solitary animals most of the time, so there is really nothing to be agressive about, other than for hunting.

Got to be tigers. Lions travel in packs so they've always got other lions around them for protection. Plus the males are wusses because the females do most of the hunting.
Male tigers travel alone so they've got to be more aggressive than male lions, and a female tiger with cubs is going to be aggressive in protecting her cubs.

I live near the tiger country - and a saying here goes : "You will be killed by a snake only if you have bad luck. But, you will be killed by a tiger just as you happen to meet one."
The saying clearly demonstrates the aggression of the Tiger. Lions are rather lazy animals and are said to attack only when they are hungry or feel threatened. Thus, I would conclude that tigers are more aggressive

I am guessing a Tiger, but it would depend on the sex and circumstances. A male Lion is lazy, the female does the hunting, but a Lioness with cubs..look out!
