North Dakota has the least violent state per capita and doesn't help the rest of US. (That's not American)
The Monarchy of Pennsylvania has terms Commonwealth, Court of Common Pleas, and The Commonwealth Court. District Justices who are not law school graduates and no Small Claims Court broshure. So the F-16's were the "Flying Hooligans" out of Fargo,ND the first on site after the attack on 9/11. The reason North Dakota is the least violent is because everyone is armed and we dip our bullets in pig's blood. Wow your insight is amazing.
