if you want to have the natural way but it takes a long time to work but it gives you the benefit...you need to have sex regularly.haha but if you need to see the results immediately..the surgery it may costs you much but i think it will give you the satisfaction and the answer you would want to have.

there is a form of surgery.. a surgical procedure called Kalahari surgery..it may not make ur penis bigger but it will make it appear bigger
