What are some pretty looking non aggressive freshwater fish, i need some for my tank cause all my old ones died when i left for 2 weeks and my sister never fed them... i had just plain ones but i want some cool pretty ones now any thoughts.... my tanks a 33gal... thank you

You definitely should have your water tested. It takes a lot longer than two weeks for your fish to die of starvation. Most pet stores will test your ammonia and nitrite levels for free. As for fish, I would go with some dwarf gouramis. The royal or powder blue are really nice. Keep in mind that they are all males in the store so it's good to have one, or 3 or more to keep the aggression down. Check out German rams as well. . . they're a dwarf chichlid, but they're very peaceful and they have gorgeous coloring.

Marbel angel fish they say their semi agressive but i've had many different fish with them and they've never bothered another fish. Barb fish are nice but there are a few different types but i have some pretty glass barbs, their neat because thier blood red with silver scales here and there on their body, but rosy barbs are pretty too. My next favorite choice would be Gourmis or some type of swordtail, their less agressive and have many different colors.

Angels are always pretty, and always fun to watch. I personally like tetras as well. You can get just about any color and 'pattern' that you want. Plus, their sizes range from small (about 1 inch) to somewhat big (about 5 or 6 inches), so you can pick and choose whichever ones you like.

Tetras come in all shapes, colors, and sizes. Than get some danios, they also come in different colors. They will all get along and the danois are very entertaining, constantly into everything and moving fast.

You can just go to the local pet store and they will help you find good fish.

Mollies of any color, Danios all the way up to Giant Danios, and various guppies can be nice.
