In terms of culture, benefits, welfare and etc. Apply to all offshore/foreign/local banks operating in Singapore. Anyone who has worked for in any particular bank please share review?

Basically, the banks offer similar good benefits for permanent staff like group insurance and corporate rates for buffets / hotels / resorts.
As for culture, I think it comes down to the managers who lead the department. I've worked in a local and foreign bank and I personally prefer foreign bank because of the employee development and trainings given. Also, there's more corporate activities.

Let me tell you, looking for a job is not easy nowadays. Yet you want to choose the best employer and good benefits. I felt sad of having you this type of people in Singapore. Wake up! the job market situation is not that good as describe in the "Straits Times".
