They both have their charms!
T.A.T.U. has found some success in Europe and are rather contreversial with their cute schoolgirl crush lesbian ways.
Hillary Duff bounded up on the European scene as the "girl next door" type on the T.V. show Lizzie Macguire and follow up movie. However, her singing career was what got her noticed.
All 3 ladies are petite, cute and perky. I wish them much success in their follow up careers!

I don't even know that you can compare the two. Hilary is cookie cutter clean and T.A.T.U. are the polar opposite.
