If Bush is so wrong, why do Democrats get so angry?

Have you ever noticed that people get angry when they are hit with the truth. Nobody gets mad when you accuse them of something that isn't true. If you tell an attractive but bad actor / actress they are ugly, you simply get laughed at, if you tell them they are overated they get upset --- the truth hurts. Democrats are accused of being weak on defense, they get angry and pretend to be patriotic, you tell them tax cuts are good for the economy, they get angry and tell you Republicans give tax cuts to the rich (By the way, the bottom 50% of taxpayers, in other words the not so rich, pay about 3.3% of the tax bill --- 3.9% under Clinton). If you tell them we will win the war on terror, they undermine the effort and aid the enemy.

Why is it Democrats are doing all they can to sabotage the country, why do they give away our secrets, help and appease our enemy, and rant and rave without a single solution?

It is not a matter of Republican versus Democrats. It's a matter of truth versus lies and deceit, truth and fiction...

Every time questions are asked, new national emergencies are contrived... Weapons of Mass Destruction, Threat of Terrorism, Illegal Immigrants... but these are just EXCUSED to divert attention from the REAL issues that the administration would rather not have to answer for.

How about the surplus monies left for Medicare (for retired, disabled AMERICANS), oil and gas prices (record profits are posted whenever there are "shortages"... how can that be?), Katrina which took 3 days for the President to realize what was happening as though he didn't have a TV, radio or newspapers on his one of many vacations...)... meanwhile, the super rich and powerful continue to send American jobs outside of the US and they continue to take advantage of the tax "incentives" and tax cuts... and there are more Americans out of work... WHAT has he done for the poor, the elderly and disabled Americans? The new prescription policy where pharmaceutical companies and wealthy health insurance companies are now making more money? There are still many, many Americans that must decide on a month-to-month basis whether to buy their medicines or buy food... while Canada and the Philippines pay less for the same American pharmaceuticals and the poor, elderly and disabled Americans on fixed incomes must subsidize the rest of the world?

Listen, Hitler blamed the Jews for everything that was wrong with German, pretty much like Dubya is doing with the illegal immigrants that only come here to work and raise their families like all of our forefathers did ages ago. And spying on fellow Americans was what got Tricky Dickie almost impeached, yet Dubya feels that he can do this without a court order? What's to keep him from lying to us (as he has been shown to do so many times...!) and spy on his political opposition?

Hey, Clinton AIN'T the Prez now! Keep it in perspective! Forget the nonsense and forget that Clinton got his knob polished... so did many other Presidents in the past (one FAT Republic Prez even fathered an illegitimate child at the near the first quarter of the last century). Stop trying to digress and divert attention from the issues and problems at hand by talking about past Presidents. Just what could Clinton have done with so many Republicans in the Senate and House when he wanted to raise taxes for the rich and powerful? You say that the Democrats are sabotaging the country yet Dubya would have sold a port to those that are suspected of financing the terrorists of 9/11... Stop being such a fanatical puppet and stop repeating the illogical and erroneous nonsense you hear. GET YOUR FACTS RIGHT!

You must be kidding. Ever get mad at unjustified insults? What if I called you an appeaser, a traitor, saboteur? Have you ever heard of "fighting words"? They are usually lies, misrepresentations or slurs, but they are almost always provocative. You provoke people and they get angry. The only thing this proves is that you know how to make people angry. Is that simple enough for you to understand?

I would think ALL Americans should be angry. The Bush administration has repeatedly lied to them. Not small lies, like "I did not have sexual relations with that woman" but big ones, like "We know Saddam has WMD and therefore we should send your sons and daughters to die in Iraq"; like, "We will protect your freedoms" by wiretapping your phones; like "tax relief for working families"

Ultimately, Bush will be forced to cut and run in Iraq just like his fellow Republican, Richard M. Nixon did in Vietnam.
