Do you know how to use Bittorrent? You can download the agent here ( http://www.bitlord.com ) for free.
There's a list of books here which you can download using Bittorrent ( http://www.torrentspy.com/directory/10/assorted )
Or simply, go to sites like http://www.torrentspy.com (a bittorrent search engine) and just type in the book title. I even found Harry Potter... all the books, converted to PDF format.

A good site would be http://www.manybooks.net. They carry ebooks in a wide array of formats, and are expanding into audiobooks as well. Happy hunting!
