I truly like Zidane as a person and soccer player, but what he did definitely isn't a good example for our future generation.
With all the experience he had in the field he should of known that trash talking is always said, he should of just waited til the game was over and confronted Materazzi. he not only disappointed his team and fans but also a possibility in winning the world cup.

I admit it was a bad example of him to do so, we wouldnt want our future stars to do the same.
But he did apologise to the children and they all did forgive him. He realised his mistake and we all know he did.
Elyaz is too young and Enzo supports his father in every way, no one is perfect, Zidane plays like a God doens't mean u shouldnt expect something wrong from him.
His children look up to him and they have the right to, my dad once fell asleep while at work, I still support him, it was a bad example from him but he did apologise.
And no, Zidane does not headbutt his kids and wife, and I suggest u do not say this again.

I admit that what Zidane did is DEFINETELY NOT A GOOD EXAMPLE FOR KIDS KEEPING IN MIND THAT MATERAZZI WAS NOT AN ANGEL EITHER.Zizou apologised for his wrongdoings and he personally apologised to his kids. And I also read somewhere that the kids forgave him. After all Materazzi provoked their aunt and that is why their father reacted. He didnt get 4 red cards for headbutting 1 person. He only got 1 for headbutting Materazzi. I've also read that Zizou personally taught his children to behave and to forgive. He has also taught them that you can make mistakes but you should learn to acknowledge them and then to say sorry which he did and Materazzi didnt after the incident. HE IS DEFINETELY NOT BEATING HIS KIDS!!!!!

I think that what Zidane did in the final match didn't affect his children at all..Zidane taught his children to apologize when making mistakes..and Zidane himself did the right thing..at least he did teach something good to his children..and he practiced what he taught to his children..if I were one of Zidane's children,I would be very proud of him..without Zidane, perhaps France wouldn't even reach the final..somehow,he apologized for his violent act..forgive him please..and let go of him..

they are really proud of their father because of what he did to france and because he is the legend
if zidane wasnt there ...the cup wouldnt have reached paris
or they wouldnt have touched the cup...(1988)(i know somepeople here are very stupidand would think that i am talking about 2006).
and why the hell do you care?
moreover if zidane wasnt there brazil now would be the champions for 6 times and that is to much

What he did on the pitch was a bad example for his children but what he did off the pitch made his children proud of him. He apologised to Materazzi, showing them that you should always take responsibility for your actions.

The close relatives often think that their relatives are always right in their actions, so his children might not have thought anything bad and might have blamed marco materrazi for abusing.

zidane apoligised to france & his family 4 wat he did!!!!
but he was not wrong 4 doing wat he did...i mean desperate times call 4 desperate measures rite???
btw, he headbutted materazzi bcoz materazzi insulted his wife...which means dat hes damn protective of his family & frends!!!! so theres a very little possibility(probably 1%) dat he headbutts his family!!! COME ON MATE, DO THE MATH!!!!!

Zidane's family should be proud to have him. He represented his family, and showed that nothing can come in between them.
