I used to go to play tennis in the eveninig in the ground of a dental college. One day a girl came to me and told me teach her tennis. After that he told me to tell me my name and than address and than she told me that maine tumhen kahin dekha hai. after that i told that i am from moga co-incidentialy she was also from that place. than she cane for three days and she did not came after 5 days till now this is 7th day.

First of all, grow up a little and learn to spell, use capitalization and less run-on sentences.
After that just chill -- you've only known her 7 or so days. Get to know her, date, and learn about each other. You'll find out things you like and don't like about her, and she about you. If things go well after a couple of months and you still want to be with each other, than take it to the next level. Proposal is many levels beyond this one. Take it one step at a time, and don't be in a hurry.
