Silver Surfer is as fast or faster than Spiderman and 50 to 100 times stronger, he is also almost invincible so basically anything Spiderman came up with in the few seconds before he died would be basically useless.. Over in one hit.....

Silver Surfer hands down...the man has "Power Cosmic" plus he can summon his long lost master...Galactus...to devour the entire planet...which would also include Spider-Man. And on top of that, he just looks cooler...I mean, C'mon maaaan.....the dude has liquid silver type materia all over his body!
