WOW!! That question's ignorant.
1) evolution doesn't say that man evolved from monkeys
2) the fact that you asked "why can't I find one which is half monkey and half man" means you don't even know enough to use the term "transitional form" which means you don't come close to knowing enough to understand the answer.
3) Do a little research. C. Darwin had a complex relationship with religion that involved his upbringing, his scientific work, and his wifes religious beliefs. And not a single one of those things affects the factual nature of evolution.

we didn't evolve from monkeys persay. we evolved from something similar to monkeys. now here is where it can get complicated. look at things this way. the reason evolution takes place is because of conditions that cause a species to either die out, or evolve to survive, it isn't something that just happens randomly for the hell of it. so, lets use this as an example:
lets say that Giraffes were a distant relitive of a horse, but due to location, the only food source was the leave in high trees. the giraffes would have to evolve to be able to reach the leaves, but this would happen to all giraffes, so you wouldn't find a half giraffe/half (insert your own imaginary animal here). now of course i am using this only as an example, because just as the giraffe evolved to reach the leaves, which would've taken MANY Generations, it would've also been a result of the trees evolving to such hights for whatever that reason. (see the complexity yet?)
that is why you don't see half and halfs. BTW i believe in evolution as well

You need to review Darwin's theory and consider the geographic isolation, you know that evolution is a time-exhaustive process (millions of years) and the average time span of a human being is 60 to 70 years (assume) so basically you will not be able to see a half man-half monkey. The change is so small and so gradual that we can not track within the term of our natural life. now we are evolving so we need to track a generation say for one million years to perceive a change..who would do that.

I don't know. I totally agree with you, but people don't see it that way. They would try to argue this point till you got sick of hearing them. People are really fucked up. I don't even think they do it to be cute.
