It's typical. All major religions are misogynistic. No matter how they try to dress it up in their holy books, the simple premise is this:
men are naturally sex monsters
women are the cause of this
women are therefore evil and need to be controlled and covered up
an excuse will be found for all the wrongdoings of men
all the wrongdoings of men are the fault of women

The cycle goes on...

When I think of early religions, where femininity was considered Divine, the other half of the whole, I wonder what happened to shift the balance so markedly in the favour of the masculine.

These men should all have to go under a sex change operation and as women, made to live under these laws. If a man rapes one of them then he (well now she) should be punished with death by stone. I don't know why the world can sit back and watch what they are doing with their women. It really upsets me that in the name of 'religion' half of the citizens are made to live like this. If an ethnic minority was treated like this then hell would have been broken loose by now. Why? Why? Why? I aks these muslims, why do they have to treat their women like this? I really feel sorry for them. And christians shouldn't come with the usual waffle, because it is unspiritual, un-religious, Evil, God-slandering what they do to these women. And because of their religion and in fear of severe punishment, these women could not even tell the truth to the world or ask for help. I wish I could set up a centre out there where these women could run to, when their life (controlled by their father, then later by their husbands) gets too much to bear. Why do you think there are now female suicide bombers? Because they think this would be an honorable way to end this misery that they have on Earth. They think that this is the only way out of their miserable life. Not long ago, there was a female suicide bomber who did it, because she had an affair with a man (punishable by death) and this man reported it to her husband and the two of them decided that the best way for her to be a suicide bomber rather than being stoned to death. Even the men they have affairs with are nasty pieces of dirty scumbags. This law is not about rape between husband and wife as some people seem to think, but about making a rape claim valid without having to produce 4 witnesses who verify the woman's story. Of course it is un-islamic, because men have now even less control of women if this law is passed. They would no longer be able to pretend that nothing happened whilst women are being abused by them. Nasty fukcing b'stards who should have their dickks chopped off. The wannker shiteheads.

confident, that's what happens in Sharia regulation!. women are no longer believed except they have those 4 male witnesses, who've actual considered the form. Even the place this is got here approximately that the 4 men have relatively witnessed the rape, there have been present day cases in some international locations the place the female has nonetheless been sentenced to be stoned, or lashed. this is considered as by some skill her fault. In those styles of communities, the assumption of a female being raped, even by way of no fault of her own, is considered as so shameful that particularly in lots of cases her own kin, brothers, father and so on will kill her to 'look after the kin honour'. Honour killings have got here approximately even in international locations like the united kingdom and in Australia. this is a enormous difficulty in places like India, Pakistan and the middle East. There have additionally been cases the place women have been intentionally disfigured and mutilated with the help of their families in this variety of subject. that's why human beings like me say that they dislike islam. there's no justification for this variety of behaviour in any civilised united states. I actual have no longer something against muslims, in line with se, certainly i've got many muslim friends and neighbours who're completely amazing human beings. this is the religion I dislike because of the fact it shows the thank you to excuse this variety of behaviour, and promotes the thought women are decrease than equivalent and could continuously obey their fathers, husbands, brothers and so on. yet you do have those severe perspectives an increasing variety of taking carry lower back in as quickly as extra secular or extra tolerant international locations.

How can stopping a person being raped be un-Islamic? They better read their book again. I would say the women should go on strike and refuse their men pleasure until the act is passed. But that wouls lead to more rape. We are all equal and they are SOOOOOOOOO 20th Century

Thats islamic men for you continuing to think women are less than human.
They do not value life they value death
They claim they value honor but they value humilitation and subjugation more.

I wonder what the law is when men are raped by other men or are they automatically condemed and considered homosexuals because they failed to resist enough to fight off a sexual predator

I think you'll find rape has always been illegal in Pakistan, but that this new law concerns rape of your wife.

It's not so long ago (about 15 years) that it was "impossible" to rape your wife in England and Wales, because she was your wife.

There's no need to make this another reason to have a go at Pakistanis or Moslems.

And I'm a Christian!

I think women such as Muktar Mai who have fought so hard for justice and basic human rights, have more True Islam in their little finger than all the ignorant perpetrators of subjugation have in their entire beings. And I think Allah thinks so too.

They're headed in the right direction. If protecting women from rape is un-Islamic, then we have a problem, don't we?

The laws that discriminate against women are un-Islamic in themselves. Islam as a religion respects women so any law that makes woman less than equal citizens should be altered
