embryo transfer in farm animals.
It typically involves
estrus synchronization - bringing the female into heat at a certain time
super ovulation - inducing extra egg formation in females through hormones
artificial insemination - using semen that has been frozen then thawed to fertilize the eggs
embryo collection- through the use of surgical or non-surgical means

How about fish behavior experiments. Get a tank with a certain kind of fish and make models from cardboard that could symbolize, predators, prey mates and competition to those fish. You can use something that resembles a big eye, a tentacle, a splotch of red, some stripes, anything that might be a stimulus of some kind. Record the reactions of your fish. Or, you can get a fish tank with a crayfish or several crayfish in it. (They are miniature fresh water lobster-like crustaceans that can be found near streams). Build them little Quonset huts out of pieces of tin cans and see if they will compete for territory. See what strategies they use to attract other crayfish.
