Well I think it depends more about our state of mind, way of thinking. For example if your sad you start to worry about something, but if you start your day as a happy person, you will notice that you're not worried.
It also depends were you live. For instance if you live in a modern democrat country, you fell that your free and you can express yourself. On the other hand, if you live in a communist country, you fell oppressed, being watched, with no freedom of expression.
As a conclusion I think that worrying is relative from one person to another, as felling sad or happy.

Sure some people do. I think for some people it's a learned behavior, for others its a result of bad experiences, and still others they may have a mental health disorder such as OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) that is a chemical imbalance and often inherited.
