I love the rain but am not as crazy about getting wet now that I am older.

When I lived in Texas, I enjoyed the rain and getting wet. Couldnt help it for one thing...everything's big in TX even the raindrops...but what was so nice was that the drops felt soft and warm...kind of tropical...an outdoor shower. It was lovely.

I prefer it to trying to dry off in the rain which I have found to be very difficult!

Maybe you should get a shower, it is just as effective, at least you can change the water temperature, care full you don't catch a cold>\.

downtown, no. But despite my kneejerk reaction of looking up when the drops hit my head, I do enjoy it out in the forest.
