Too much, he has just left Isael to talk to the Palestinians. He thinks he's a Statesman, a world leader who can bring peace to the world. he can't even sort out things in his own backyard. That's why he's never here. He will probably come back and in the words of another Labour leader say" Crisis, what crisis?". Maybe, while he is the far east getting a sun tan - someone will put a bomb under him. It needs something to wake him up. Cameron will nick his job - that he promised to his mate Gordon if he doesn't do something fast. Scrapping the Welfare Reform Bill would be a good idea - when he gets back. That's a vote loser. But he's getting out - so why be bothered. Let the others argue over who takes over from him when he resigns.

Very likely, but not as much advertised in the UK press.
They spend a lot of time travelling around Europe, Soviet Union and China, promoting Commerce of heir country.

Blair is also expected to do the same. Many big commercial contracts are won by the presence of the Primer Minister. They are not jsut politicans, and managers of a country, but diplomats and marketeers too.

Every country does that.

this whole Blair travles so mcuh, is media hype and propaganda, by the media with differnt political persuasions.

The UK is in a unique potion no other country has. It is known and trusted by most leaders of the world, not regarded as extremist unlike the USA and Russia in particular.

IT is known for its diplomacy and not regarded as an aggressor. Had it not been for Blair during the beginning of the Middle East crisis, we would have ha d the whole of the Muslims dominated countries declare war. Many of them have nuclear weapons and very sophisticated technical know-how, like India and Pakistan. Yes and Iran. Many Iranian scientists were trained in the USA and the UK. They have the knowledge.

Blair’s diplomacy and relentless efforts smoothed over the blunders that Bush and his crooneys caused. He could not stop all of it. Britain even led by example after the onslaught of trillions of tons of hard war on Iraq, to bring back some kind of civil order. The same could not be said by the Simpson style led attitude of the USA.

The blunders arrogance and incompetence of the USA is the final result of the unrest and chaos prevailing in Iraq today. Remember the scenes when the Iranian government was overthrown, the people rejoicing. Look at it today, as the USA failed to follow through s they should have done. Idiots!

Now we will see the popularity of Taliban and Muslim extremism grow throughout the world.

In my eyes, BUSH committed treason against world peace and should be tired and convicted accordingly.

Tony Blair is a statesman of distinction. He spends an appropriate amount of time outside of the UK.

To be honest I don't know, but he seems to spend an awful lot of time on holiday - I'm not impressed.
