i got my lip pierced like 6 months ago and the side of my lip i got it pierced on feels thinner. i'm always thinking somethings wrong with me but could this have happened because of my lip ring?

Is it migrating?
Just go back to the piercing shop and have them take a look. You'll feel better.
I know, I'm always thinking something is wrong with my piercings too.

you're cool to have a lip pierced!! i only have 1 ear pierced for both ears =)
