I would suggest a Job's plant food spike or some new soil.... If your plant has been very good, or if this is a very special occasion, more than other birthdays, a new pot... maybe a little larger, more ornate... does she like bright colors? If so, you could decorate her pot with some brightly colored beads and maybe get her a new doily for underneath the pot. I believe Martha Stewart has a couple planting ideas on her web site, as well. I think any major store with a garden department (Wal-Mart, eg.) would be sufficient. Most of all, I think the best birthday gift would be some quality time with you, some leaf shine, spritzing, etc. Wish her a happy belated birthday from me. :-)

Get her a (boy) plant! Any good garden center will do, and keep the two plants very, very close to each other! Anything can happen after that!
