The difference is shelter from the elements, of course you would not understand the difference unless you took up golfing in thunderstorms!

It's simply a matter of getting away from what you're used to. Too much of anything gets boring and becomes so typical it loses it's value. That's the whole reason people go places. To see and experience new things. Homeless people have spent so much time outdoors that it has lost it's novelty to them. That and considering what is and what is not great is subjective. There's plenty of people with homes that don't think much of the outdoors.

Homeless people are already bored of staying outdoor. Thus, they want to get houses from the government and the latter getting funds from taxpayers.

the food is sort of hard to come by in the outdoors without money you have not many ways of eating except for money you earn so you stay in city to stay away from wild animals and weather and to try and find work you go too citys more often except for the summer the out doors are alot of fun till you run out of money

maybe they're just more of indoor kinda people...you know some people are never happy...quite possibly most homeless aren't "living" in a decent area
