Try these steps in the order listed. But be aware that some installed programs from less than reputable companies may actually have spyware, adware, etc. embedded in them. That makes them very difficult to remove. (I tried accessing this program and I kept getting "this page not found". That's a red flag, in my opinion.)
1. If you installed the program with a CD (probably unlikely) insert the CD and look for uninstall instructions.
2. Click start > control panel > add/remove programs. Look for QuikShield, or United Software (the parent company name) in the list. If you find it, click on "remove", follow the prompts and you should be good to go.
3. If it's not listed in add/remove, things will get a bit more difficult. Click start > all programs. You will have to search through all installed programs on your machine and look for QuikShield and/or United Software. If you find it/them, right click on the name. A shortcut menu should appear and if you're lucky there will be an uninstall option. If not, see if there's a "read me" option or some kind of .txt option. Read the info to see if they provide uninstall instructions.
4. If none of the above works do an advanced search for the actual files and folders. Click start > search > all files and folders. Type in the name (you'll have to do separate searches for QuikShield and United Software.) Look in My Computer. Click on More Advanced Options and make sure the first 3 items are checked. Run the search. If any items are found, highlight and delete.
5. If none of the above works, you might have to actually edit the registry to remove the files. This would be an absolutely last resort because you could cripple the entire system with one mistake. Lots of help articles on the web for editing the registry.

Good luck.
