See my girl said she was going to call me back after taking a nap and she ever called me back and see she was staying at a friends house which she had been there for a week and like two days now and hadn't really talk to me all that much would you leave her are say with them?

Strange for a guy to be worrying about this! That's pretty insecure and controlling, don't you think?
Stop worrying about it and wait until she gets back, don't ask her any questions at all, and let the chips fall where they may. Soon enough you'll know whether or not to continue this relationship, but for now, try not to read into things like this.
Let her enjoy herself while she's away, and get yourself busy doing productive things to take your mind off of her and her fun.

Honestly? I think youre blowing this out of proportion. She probably just woke up and forgot to call you because she was still tired. She's staying at a girl's house right? I don't think you have anything to worry about. She's probably just spending some girl time with her friend.
