I was convicted of a "white collar" crime, I'm moving to a different state, in a different region of the US, I was just wondering if a company did a background check on me, will they find the felonly, even though I wasn't convicted in that state.

If the company will conduct a complete background check, all your records could be accessed.

I hope they do. In your next dumb question please tell me where you are going so I can send them a recommendation. If they don't well you'll probably try it again. I guess you can tell I'm not a big fan of criminals no matter how Innocent your crime. Someone still gets hurt and Someone has to pay for it.

ya but alot of my friends say a lot of companies dont even do back ground checks tey just say they do
