I haven't still gone to the celebration, and I don't want to miss all the new things that were made just for that occasion. Also, does anybody knows why "Matterhorn Bobsleds" is closed and when is going to be re-opened?

The 50th Anniversary Celebration is an 18 month event that started May 5, 2005 and ends in early November of 2006. Hurry! You don't have much time left! :-)
The Matterhorn is down for some refurbishment for a couple of months--it will (hopefully) reopen in time for the Thanksgiving holidays.

Matterhorn is closed because they are fixed it up to make it nicer and you can check online to see when the celebration ends!
I think in MAy but check!

when another anniversery or celebration of there's begins.but you must go it is fun!you should check the disneyland web site for info on the matter horn.did you know that the matter horn was disney's first roller coaster and was the first modern steel roller coaster so,the kingda ka,millennium force,expedition everest,steel dragon 2000,ect. all owe there reason for existance
to the matter horn.
