I normally distance run, and since my injury a few weeks ago I can't run and I'm feeling kind of depressed. I am also stressed because the girl I am dating and I have different views on sex, and I am finding that It takes me quite some time to recover after my first orgasm instead of being ready again almost immediately after.

Any change to your general health can cause a change to your sex drive. And if you're depressed for any reason, that can have an even bigger impact too. From the sound of it your girlfriend isn't helping much either. If you two are very close, maybe you can talk to her about it. I would say that you should always be able to talk to your girlfriend, but sometimes women don't understand that men need support too.

Maybe it would help you to get out more. You've been used to all that exercise for so long, you're probably wishing you could exercise more. I don't know what kind of injury you had, but if you're able to ride a bike you might consider doing that until you heal up. Just get a good wide seat to ensure good circulation between your legs and adjust it so it won't press against your balls. But if the doctor advised you against that sort of thing, I don't know what you can do instead of running. Any exercise you can do at all would be better than nothing. In particular, I remember reading that difficult exercise increases testosterone levels. So maybe you're feeling a lag because you aren't exercising anymore. Be careful not to hurt yourself, but try other forms of exercise.

I think there are various herbal supplements for that problem too (ginseng is one, I think), but they usually have side effects. For example, ginseng is a stimulant. If you take it regularly and stop, you will experience something like very bad caffeine withdrawal. I also heard of something called Horny Goat Weed, but I never tried it. The important thing to remember is to avoid taking herbs continuously. Once in a while is good, but not continuously. Also, make sure you are taking a good multivitamin and eating a healthy diet. That is more important than herbal supplements if you ask me. Also, maybe you should stay away from soy beans, soy milk, and tofu if you happen to eat much of those things. Some people say soy is not good for people to eat. People also say that soy can be bad for the male reproductive system. Small amounts shouldn't matter, but if you're munching on soybeans all the time that can probably be bad for you.

In the meantime, maybe you can learn how to delay your first orgasm for long enough to satisfy your gf. Try doing Kegel exercises, to start with. They target muscles between your legs that can delay orgasm if held at the right time. Have a look at this article: http://www.gopilipinas.com/magazine/men-Sexuality/Sexuality1.htm
There's other information online, so you can search for more if you're still curious.

Cheer up! Doing those things will help. Good luck!
