I had a bad experience leading to divorcing the woman I really loved. But yes, love must be blind, that would explain allot.

Love is said to be blind, but if it is a true love then i feel its not blind, in fact, it brings you close to life and an understanding level where one trusts the other person wholeheartedly without any condition. I suppose thats y it is said LOVE IS BLIND.

No is not, true love is mature, well thought and involves both heart and head. Love that is blind is immature and can not fully understand love so excludes the things that cant be understood to enjoy the high of it.

It can make you behave like you're blind ignoring warnings you would normally realize. Love is blind because you don't have to see the reasons that you fall in love or who you love...

No love isn't blind, but we are when we're in love. And i think that it's because of our real feeling. I think that in most cases we love not a person but the feeling, the burst of hormones in our body. And we are blind because we think we love someone that we know but mostly we love a person that we think he/she is, but we really don't know who it is. Love's blind because we don't need to see the person to love, we just need to know that a person exists and than we can discover perfect second half in that persons flesh. And that's problem. We think we love a person but don't understand that sometimes the person that we love doesn't really exists and only thing that is real in him/her is name and appearance.

Completely and isn't that the beauty of it?
Love takes many forms, but the magical , deep, pure and passionate love for me...is blind. (Meaning without judgement and it is without superficial expectations) It is navigated by heart, not vision, by emotion, not intellect.
I am and have been madly, blindly in love for over 4 years. I sold everything I owned, moved 10,000 miles to another country...just to meet him. Well we married. I am American and my husband is Egyptian. I am older and he is younger.
We have cultural differences, age differences; ( which is many years), and other things that if analysed would cause many people to rule out a relationship..
Our pure and true love is completely blind. I say this not to mean that we ignore the differences, rather we deal with them, accept them and love one another "blindly". Whats wrong with this magic? Absolutely nothing. We are blessed to have such a gift of love in our lives.

I wouldn't say that LOVE is blind but i will say that when you are in love its our self that is blind, all the things that you would usually see and matter seem to disappear. its a crazy thing love and it is so close to hate.

Love makes you blind!!
When you truly love someone, you will often overlook items in there personality based solely on your love for them. Your friends will point so many things to you, yet you can not see them!! Once you break up, your eyes become open to everything they were saying...
