It is a damn shame that Peter "Perfect" brock has died. He has inspired and motivated so many people. Brocky is a god damn legend and I dont think anyone will ever beat his record of 9 Bathurst wins, I see that it is fitting that the Bathurst 1000 be renamed to the Brock 1000 and always held in the first month of mighty Brocktober. Peter will be dearly missed and his death will have a big impact on the world of V8 Supercars. The 05 will always live on in the memory of all V8 Supercar fans. We'll miss ya, Brocky

Well it now seems that 3 Australian personalities have died this year on the job. Steve Irwin - Wildlife , Peter Brock - Race car driving and Richard Carlton(Journalist) - Heart attack straight after an interview earlier this year.
