My niece wants to be Belle for Halloween and I would like to buy her the most beautiful Belle dress I can find. She is only 5. I've searched eBay and Amazon but I didn't find any fancy ones. Any comments help thanks!

My dear, this is why loving moms and aunts the world over make costumes for their wee little angels!
The only good costumes I've EVER seen have been homemade.
You could try buying a plain one and decorating it with additional embellishments if you're not talented with design and sewing machine. And I applaud your desire to dress her up properly!

The link above should take you right to the Belle costume from the Disney Store's online site. They also have Disney Stores in malls throughout the US, and I am sure if you browse the site, you can find the address of the store nearest you. You can also buy the costumes at Disney Theme Parks. They don't sell them at the small stores outside the parks, but if you go talk to someone at the small stores by the ticket window, they can either go in and get you a costume, or they can give you the direct number to contact the stores inside the park, and they will gladly ship items to you. We have seen items at Disneyland/DisneyWorld before and just called and ordered them later, rather than bothering with bringing them home on the plane.

You can call the World of Disney Store in either Anaheim or Lake Buena Vista's Downtown Disney Store... tell them the size you need and they will ship it directly to your home! And since you are having it shipped out of state... if you don't live in CA or FLA, you won't pay tax! That is the BEST place to buy a Belle dress! They are goreous!

The disney store if theres not one where you live you can order one off line they always have a regular ones and then they carry the deluxe ones go for the deluxe they have so much detail more pricy but if your looking for a lovely one thats your best bet.

You can look for one at Singapore's Kiddy Palace or other kid shops in Singapore.
