Well I can answer that for u bcuz I was with a white guy for 2 and a half yrs. I didn't really care at all bcuz I loved him 2 death. But it seemed more difficult for him to be in social situations. I'm not saying that he loved me any less but I think what made if more difficult is that I'm very beautiful & black guys would harrass him ALL THE TIME. I did get kind of insecure sometimes when I would think how different I am from white women & how does he love me so when all he ever had was white women. But it's only as bad as u make it bcuz ppl are always going to say something...especially if u live in the south. I live in Florida but I am fortunate to live in a college town where there is LOTS of diversity and mixing lol.

To aid the success of any relationship you gotta be in a good place inside and out, but we all know sometimes that's not enough to make it work. I have dated men of both races and the major thoughts I have always had were 'how will this work out?' or 'will this one go the distance?' The thoughts applied to dating black and white men! There were times when dating a white man we were both judged and challenged by the views and thoughts of others and I'd be foolish to not share with you sometimes these attitudes hurt us both, but the good times shared with these guys outweighed all that. Dealing with the potential judgment of others is par for the course when dating another race, but its not something that happens every day. I do have black girlfriends and a few male friends who would never date outside our race, they are more than aware of the huge melting pot of cultures which mix and exist here in the UK, they just prefer not to date within it. It's a choice they have made from the heart, just like being with the right man.

I'll be honest. It's not that some white men aren't attractive, of course some are physically attractive. But emotionally they seem to be infected with all kinds of weird insecurities about dating Black women. White guys have asked me online, "Would you care if my penis is as big as a black guys?" I mean, come on. Do you have any idea how grossly offensive that is?

Also, the white guys I've spoken with sometimes tend to be overly corrective, stiff and ingenuine, like they're hiding something when they're talking to you. But I'm sure not all would be this way.

If a white guy, however, was attractive, genuine, funny, down-to-earth, confident and sweet, he would be JUST AS DATE-WORTHY as any other guy that I might consider dating.

And if he and I decided that we were into eachother--then I would say screw what any other human being on the planet has to say about it.

K, that's as honest as it gets. lol, Hope I didn't offend.

Honestly, I'll feel very strange and like I'm betraying my race. It's ridiculous. I don't know where this mentality came from. But, if he treated me the way I've been praying to be treated, I'd do my best to break out of that mentality. All it takes is falling in love.

As long as the guy treats me with repect and is not just black-curious and is smart, interesting and I have a connection with him then I'll be fine but if he doesn't, I'll treat him the same as any black, Hispanic or Asian guy that I wasn't interested in.

As long as he is a nice guy , treats me with respect and not just black-curious then theres no problem!
And if it is someone who really likes you they should have no problem being seen with you in pubic!

I will date any man who is well educated, has impeccable manners, presents himself well, is responsible, is a gentleman and is fun to be with. I am from a multicultural family, so this is par for the course.

I wouldn't care. If I know that I really love him and he's really cool I don't see color or race. My bf is Latino and I enjoy his company and I wouldn't care if he was black or not.

I wouldn't feel anything different because, to me, they are all people.
I could care less about what other people think.
