Go to the website of your exam board and download the papers from there. So that of the AQA would be:

www.aqa.org.uk/qual/gcse.html

Select the subject you're after from the drop down menu. Then at the top of the page click the "Assessment Material" link and it shall give you lots and lots of papers.
