Mix equal parts raspberries or strawberries and plain yogurt. Apply to clean skin and allow to dry, then rinse with warm water. Here is a mask that can be made with strawberries or blueberries. Take 1 cup strawberries/blueberries, 1 cup rolled oats, 1 tblp organicallyproduced honey and 6 whole almonds. Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Apply evenly to freshly-washed face and allow to dry.. Rinse with warm water, followed by a coolwater splash.

Depends on your skin type...
Have a cleansing routine for the skin....either do it yourself at home or good to a good beautician...
Always use a good suncreen...
Eat healthy....drnk lots of water....try little excersising...
And laugh a lot :-))
