It was talked about last month but there currently are no plans in the works to send USA troops to Dafur..

As an American I hope we do not.Frankly im tired of our Country cleaning up the messes around the world.The U.N. is a failure everyone likes to blame the U.S. for everything wrong in this world,But on the flip side when disaster strikes they have no problem taking aid from us.We should get Iraq on it's feet then pull out and tell the muslim extremests if so much as a firecracker goes off around us or our allies that we will nuke mecca and every holy place they hold dear.

I sure hope they do...what's going on Darfur is unconscionable and I want something done about it badly!! Most Americans don't even know what is going on b/c we get 100 times more more coverage about things like JonBenet (who was killed like 10 yrs. ago) than I have ever seen about the atrocities in Darfur. Something needs to be done...the UN should step in at the very least and I don't understand why they haven't yet...I really am starting to wonder what the UN even does?!

Yes it seems that Darfur is on the list of wars but dont forget about Iran it comes first .... And maybe next it will be Iceland because water would be a rare ressource (joke)

I seriosly doubt it, it doesnt look like we are getting out of Iraq anytime soon and it is depleting our resources severly. I also hope we have learned our lesson about wars we have no business in.

Who knows? Thats probably up to them, if they attack or harbor terrorists? That is how it is decided who gets it and when according to what I see on TV.
