Mild tranquilzers for a quick immediate fix.
Do role playing for interviews, be prepared.
Study your lines to an excess, be over prepared.
Plant a phoney smile on your face, that will help build confidence. The phoney will wear off during the interview.
Place a secret good luck charm in your pocket or person, that only you know about. Stare at the charm and concentrate on putting your energy into the charm, and know it will contain good luck for you. Think it is wacky or not, doesn't matter. Think of it as a form of positive visualization.

The best way to overcome stage fright is just self confidence. Don't worry so much about it. Forget about what people think about you and just go up there, and do your best. If you make mistakes, just ignore them. Try to think of other thoughts instead of worrying.
If you have fear of the audience, just don't look at them. Look behind them. ALthough it might look like you're looking at them, you really aren't

stage fright as well-known as "audience fright" -
when an actor on a stage is aware that he is being observed by them & out there (of most people). tensions come into place on d actor. d performer should be aware first that he is being observed before d observers can cause d actor to suffer that state of consciousness w/c is known as stage fright. so, the best trick is that,
allowing oneself to b aware of the audience. to make that possible, the actor must focus on a specific object. by that, you wouldn't imagine or see perfectly that there are people out there watching you...

Buy yourself a hypnotherapy tape that increases your self-esteem or addresses your fears. Listen to it every night before going to sleep. I can't recommend this enough. I have had the same problem in the past and it really helps. I feel like I have overcame my anxiousness now about new situations.
