There's definitely thought-provoking points on both sides. I don't think it was an inside job. But either way. It happened, it was horrible, and that's all there is to it.

"An inside job"? Could you please elaborate? It's not a good idea to bring all this up the day before 9/11 when people are probably getting emotional again. I do not think it was an "inside job" because everyone was so horrified by it all, and there's no way our own government would do something THAT heinous to its own people, no matter what. So therefore, I do not believe it at all. The towers were not blown up; they fell on their own. No conspiracy. Period. "Fahrenheit 9/11", anyone? I don't care if you loathe Michael Moore, but you have to see it if you haven't seen it, and are asking this question. Bush and the Bin Ladens were pretty chummy, unfortunately. Having said that, there is no way our own country did something like 9/11 to itself.

The 9/11 “truth” movement is a network of people living on shoddy reporting, bad evidence, embarrassingly horrible science, and outright lies.

They believe in every conspiracy theory from Area 51 to the JFK assassination. They also believe the events of 9/11 are connected in one grand, all encompassing conspiracy which was orchestrated by the Bush administration or Israel or Larry Silverstein or the “Illuminati” as part of their secret plan to rule the world. Take your choice.

They think they’re brilliant, but show no capacity for logical thinking whatsoever. They rarely present, discuss, or consider other points of view, since any other point of view is just evil.

No. For one thing the History Channel has done several reports on 9/11 with different people doing the investigation and in each case there is more than enough evidence to show that it was not an inside job.
The same thing with the Discovery Channel.

For the most part I don't but I don't say it is impossible. I can't say anything for certain but for the most part I don't believe 9/11 was an inside job but that it could have been, it's not impossible that it could have been an inside job, in my mind.

No one with any intelligence really believes that garbage. Why would our government kill 3000 of it's taxpayers and cause an economic collapse simply to start a war in a couple of third world countries? We are America, we don't need an excuse to start a war.

No because I love my country and I love my people and I cant see anyone doing that. I think that people who believe in it are just lost souls that are caught up in a tragedy and are looking to place blame. Sometimes the easiest person to blame is the one is charge, ie the President.

no one can say for sure because we will never really know for sure unless we get out there and find out ourselve instead of believing what some one else says
(and note what you hear on fox and cc isn't ussually the whole story but one side to make some one look like the hero and please visit this link http://www.prisonplanet.com/analysis_newsom_123002_truth.html)
but to all who say it was without qeustion and those who say it wasn't without question in my opnion should keep a more open mind because everything isn't what it seems and there are reasons why our government would do something like that just think about it but im not saying they did do it but there is motive
there are to many possiblities and we just need to get up off our asses and do something to bring the truth out(yes i dont belive the "official 9/11 comission to much of it was didn't fit right) but we need to open our eyes
