Okay so i had a job during the summer washing dishes at a restaurant in a nursing home, and i gave them two weeks notice before i started school. They convinced me to do Modified Leave of absense, where i work every other weekend, the only problem is i cant call out and not work and i have to stay for 3 months. I have to go to work tommorow but i dont have any ride and i have a bunch of homework. how do i get out, or can i just quit suddenly though they always tell you you have to give two weeks notice. Also, if you get fired is there ever anything on your record, something a friend told me.

No, they legally cannot say, "why you are no longer with the company". To tell anyone you were fired would be slander.

You don't have to give notice when you quit. It's not great policy but it IS better on your employment record than being fired for most jobs at your age. Just tell them you can't do it and you quit.

use your key to enter the building in the dead of night - spread your foecal matter around the kitchen. When the boss rings you up to say dont bother to come in cos some sicko spread poo around the place, express your disgust and say you cant possibly work there ever again. You should be able to keep all your entitlements.
