Ok so this is how it goes. As we all know that everyone has seen cinderella, and we know that Disney doesnt provide us with all the information. I need to write in a point of view of one of the characters that are in the story. I can deviate the story but i need to change it up some. The character i need to write in the point of view is the GUARDs that are standing outside of the ball. It would be great if i got some help. Thanks Guys!

Start out with what happens in the palace before the ball. The guard is standing there listening as the king and queen talk about the need for their son to get married. They make arrangements for all this to happen. (You could make it interesting by having the guard do funny things, such as fall asleep or burp loudly). Perhaps the captain of the guards explains the duties before the ball. The guard is probably bored standing outside the ball--maybe he can sneak in and steal a dance, or kick out some ruffians, or something. Then along comes Cinderella, right? He's awestruck (like the prince) and forgets his guarding duty until she comes running out. He's the first one to find the slipper, and you could have him be the one to suggest that the prince travel round trying the slipper on the ladies' feet. As he accompanies the prince, he could meet the love of his life too, getting his own happy ending!

Hmmm....

1) Guards complaining about everyone else going to the ball while they're stuck on watch. Comapre to Cinderella stuck cleaning the house.

2) The step-mother and step-sisters act like b****es to the guards, while Cinderella is polite.

Guard 1 "Ahh Cinderella, I remember her .... it was no surprise she attracted the attention of the prince at the ball, her beauty and her dress where beyond compare"

Guard 2 "a sad thing that she left so suddenly, nearly drove the prince mad."

Guard 1 "good thing she lost her shoe and her small feet" *smile and a wink* "... else they would never had found her. Amazing tho, her being a simple serving woman."

you've a present for writing. possibly you may want to promote that to a mag or newspaper. I wasn't prepared for the ending & had a sturdy snigger. thanks! heavily in spite of the reality that, attempt to promote a number of your writing skills. you're sturdy!
