just talk about her/himself most esp about her/his past relationships. that enough will make you feel non existent and for her to make you feel she's/he's just not interested.
i hope people who reads this would know that first impressions somehow do last so try to make the best of your first date. you'll never know what a difference can that date or that person you're dating make in your life and probably even to the bigger circle of you.
