It depends on both of your personalities. What do you all like to do together? What are your interests? etc. A good choice would always be the location of the first date or a place that the two of you would normally hang out together that has meaning.

the only thing i can think of is to relive that first day that u met and propose on that same spot or propose: the same thing that u guys like to go, to just be together and romantic.

damn witchtwo is right, i think that would be the bomb. or take her to a reasturant, and give the ring to the chef, and have him fix it up in whatever dessert you order, or whatever they specialize in. that would be romantic right there. wow
